Mountain Premier League will maintain its alliance with Southwest Premier League and Metroplex Premier League to work towards common goals in Region 4. The league will continue to be sanctioned with US Soccer under USASA and provide access to the National Amateur Cup, and US Open Cup qualifying. The Mountain Premier League and it's members will continue playing a Spring season as scheduled.

"We sincerely thank NISA, its members, and board for its partnership over the past 5 years and hope we all find ourselves working toward our soccer goals side by side again someday."
